All of our Three Bedroom Villa accommodation here at The Sands Resort in Yamba is fully self contained and feature air conditioning and fresh décor with modern fixtures and fittings. The beach villas can comfortably accommodate six people making them a fantastic resort-style accommodation option for families, a group of friends or couples.
The spacious first level features spacious open-plan living with well appointed kitchen and dining areas that flow seamlessly to a private courtyard. The indoor-outdoor flow is perfect for entertaining with plenty of room for your surfboards and beach gear.
The kitchen features the finest fixtures and appliances, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and all utensils, table and glass wear. All you need for a self-contained and relaxing stay is provided.
Our villas are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. For the convenience of our guests there is also another bathroom located on the ground floor along with a separate laundry with washer and dryer. The second level contains the bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and the master suite which features a spacious ensuite with luxurious spa bath.
